PowerTECH has been a well-known supplier for Semiconductor Automated Testing Equipment (ATE), Laser Marking System and other Automated Equipment in domestic as well as overseas markets. Our semiconductor ATE widely used in semiconductor discrete device testing (including power discrete), analog and mixed signal IC testing, and our laser marking system also obtain well acceptance in semiconductor chip and device marking.

Besides, we have been recognized by Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province, as Guangdong Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Package Test Equipment Engineering and Technology Research Center. The company now acquires 12 invention patents, 20 utility model patents, 1 appearance patent and 72 software copyrights in total.

Currently, PowerTECH is the leading semiconductor discrete device tester supplier in domestic market, our IC tester has been recognized and adopted by ON Semiconductor, Amkor Technology, JCET Group, TongFu Microelectronics, Tianshui Huatian Technology and other well-known semiconductor companies in domestic and overseas markets.
