QT-3101 is suitable for testing avalanche parameters of MOSFET, IGBT, and diode.
• Output measurement capability: Maximum measurement BVdss: ±2000V/2500V Maximum output ID: ±150V, ±200A.
• Programmable VG MAX: ±30V pulse width adjustment (resolution: 1us).
• Programmable inductance box load 10μH-159.9mH step 10μH.
• 24 sort bin interface signals
